We provide clear, detailed expectations at the start of every project, transparent documentation of all work we do, and timely & accurate invoicing.We negotiate and communicate expectations & responsibilities to all involved parties, and maintain an open dialogue with stakeholders before, during, & after the work is complete.

Our practice is grounded in the most current standards of inquiry in relevant professional communities, which include evaluation, research, measurement, statistical methods, qualitative research methods, and more.
